Fresh Milk?
You are what you eat. And it's no different for cows. The quality of the milk they produce is related directly to their diet, comfort and environment. Desa highland Holstein Friesian cows, feasting on our very own total mixed ration and our lush green pastures, produce one of the best quality milk in Malaysia with full of natural goodness that we are proud of.
Cheese
produces 3 types of cheese: Camembert, Cheddar and Mozzarella. Our cheese is made 100% from high quality fresh milk.
Yogurt
Yogurt is of high premium quality made from fresh milk and good quality fruit puree from Italy. Our yogurt has no additive. It relies on natural protein from milk and whey protein powder to hold the liquid together with solids.
Gelato Ice Cream
Gelato ice cream is made from fresh milk. It comes in 2 flavours, Yogurt and Chocolate flavour, fresh from the farm. We offer a selection of toppings which you can choose from.
