TENDER NOTICE
PROPOSAL FOR ID / CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR MENARA DESA LOT 6, 7 & 8 OFFICE RENOVATION PROJECT
DESA PLUS SDN BHD Management is pleased to invite your company to submit a proposal for the proposed appointment of Interior Design / Consultant Services for the proposed office renovation project at Menara Desa, Lot 6, 7 & 8.
2. Please be informed that this invitation is for the appointment of ID / Consultant only, and not for renovation construction works. Upon appointment, the selected ID / Consultant shall work together with DESA Management to carry out site verification, prepare layout proposal, develop design concept, prepare tender drawings, specifications and Bill of Quantities for the tendering of renovation contract works.
3. The general design direction is to create a modern, bright and open concept office layout with practical department zoning, transparent management rooms / glass partitions, good workspace planning and professional corporate image. As the building has been awarded GBI / GreenRE Certification, the proposal shall also consider DESA’s ESG direction, including energy-efficient appliances and eco-friendly materials where practical.

Tenderers are required to submit their complete proposal before the closing date stated below:

All proposals shall include company profile, relevant office design experience, proposed methodology, project team detail, preliminary layout approach, fee proposal and any exclusions / assumptions.
DESA reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and is not bound to accept the lowest fee proposal. The appointment shall be based on overall capability, experience, methodology, fee reasonableness and value-for-money
